The Waterloo Wind Farm is located 120kms North of Adelaide, South Australia. CATCON were contracted to design & construct 37 V90 Turbine footings, hardstands, roads, sub-station and control buildings.
The terrain comprised of steep and narrow ridges and rock strata which required blasting and a host of machinery including; D9 Dozers, 80t Excavator, 30tn Excavators, 30tn Dump Trucks, 50tn Cranes, Rocksaw and 100tn cranes.
