Whitfield Heights
CATCON was contracted by LDI Constructions to develop an exclusive fifteen lot subdivision and associated infrastructure, overlooking Cairns in North Queensland. Infrastructure work included the construction of a lagoon, roadworks, stormwater and water reticulation.
