The Nettle Hill Storage Facility - designed and constructed by CATCON - is a 147 mega litre lined and covered water storage facility for Victor Harbour and the surrounding districts located on the Southern Fleurieu Peninsula, South Australia.

Earthworks for the 9 month project involved a 100,000m2 cut to fill, using equipment such as scrapers, dozers, graders and loaders. Designed for client; SA Water Corporation, the storage facility measures 150m x 150m x 15m deep. The water storage area is synthetically lined to avoid seepage and has a floating cover to prevent evaporation and contamination.
