CATCON's Environmental Policy:
CATCON is committed to carrying out its operations in an environmentally responsible manner
The management and employees of CATCON shall:
- foster a Company-wide commitment to an environmental management system which is in harmony with the principles of acceptable sustainability.
- comply with all statutory requirements governing protection of the environment.
- ensure that all operations, and activities are carried out in an environmentally sound and safe manner, minimising harm to the environment.
CATCON shall
- develop and implement sound environmental management implementation plans for each project
- adopt appropriate measures on each project to minimise environmental harm or impact
- ensure that appropriate training and resources are available for all personnel to carry out their duties in environmental management
- develop, implement and review an environmental management system that complies with the requirements of AS/NZS ISO 14001-2004
- ensure that its suppliers and subcontractors achieve environmental outcomes that are at least equivalent to the standards that CATCON achieves
